The Decanter Inn has the following policies in effect:

• > For hotel reservations we require a 50% deposit and a signed confirmation statement.
• > Hotel Reservations canceled within 30 days prior to check-in date will be charged 25% cancellation fee which will be deducted from the deposit refund.
• > Pets are welcomed and there is a $25 deposit required for each pet.
• > Check-out time is 11:00 am.
• > Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
